It would be very nice to have a separate party menu for allies. This could be toggled off for those that don't want it but would prove to be an invaluable asset for necromancers and monks or any class actually.
Many quests/missions have NPCs join your group as "allies" or even as an objective (Save them or escort them somewhere). It is very difficult to target non-party NPCs to monitor health and support these allies effectively.

I'm surprised there isn't more interest though considering the attention the minions only menu got. Too bad....I thought about this long and hard. It would be the single most useful interface enhancement I have seen...certainly of more use to more people than a minion only menu.
